Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Web Developer with experience in WordPress and Divi to join our growing team. This full-time position is ideal for a developer who thrives in a dynamic environment and is looking to take on a range of exciting projects. You’ll work closely with our design and development teams to design, develop, and maintain engaging websites. Experience with Divi Themes, Multisite, and Child themes would be a strong advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop responsive websites using WordPress and the Divi Theme, ensuring compatibility across devices and browsers.
- Customize Divi Themes to meet specific client requirements and enhance site functionality and user experience.
- Build and manage WordPress Multisite networks to support a range of projects.
- Create and maintain child themes for custom solutions that extend the functionality of the Divi Theme.
- Optimize websites for performance, speed, and security, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Work closely with designers, content creators, and other team members to align on project requirements and deliverables.
- Conduct regular testing and debugging to ensure high-quality, error-free websites.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Web Developer, with a strong background in WordPress and Divi.
- Familiarity with WordPress Multisite and Child Themes is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Strong understanding of responsive design and UX principles.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Experience with website performance optimization and SEO best practices is a plus.
Must have:
- Must have a good internet connection with uninterrupted power (electricity supply)
- Must own a laptop or a PC with decent specifications
- Must have a good webcam and microphone to attend video conferencing calls with ease
- Must be able to stay online from mobile devices during office hours (for emergencies)
