Eligibility for Refund:

  • You are eligible for a refund if you request it within the first 30 days of purchasing any Zone7 digital product, plugin, or subscription.
  • Refunds will not be issued after 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • No refunds will be granted for product renewal payments, as you have had 12 full months to cancel the subscription (applicable to automatically recurring subscriptions only).
  • Refund abuse or repeated refund requests may lead to denial of future eligibility.

Refund Request Process:

To request a refund, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our team at contact@zone7.co and include the email address used for your purchase.
2. We will confirm your license details and deactivation, and then process your refund via your original payment method.

Refund Discretion:

Refunds are granted at our sole discretion, and we may ask you questions regarding the nature of your refund request to help us improve our products in the future.
A refund will only be granted for the initial purchase of a product or membership. If you have purchased, requested a refund, and then made a subsequent purchase, we may not issue a refund for the second purchase.

How long will it take to receive a refund?

When you are entitled to a refund, we usually process it promptly. However, since we use a third-party payment gateway (Paddle), there may be a delay of 2-3 working days to credit the refunded amount back to your account.
