Job Title: Web Designer
Remuneration: 15,000 – 30,000 (Negotiable.)
Location: Rupnagar Commercial Area, Mirpur, Dhaka-1216, Bangladesh

As a web designer you will be responsible for modifying and improving front-end themes to arrive at the customer’s desired look, feel, and performance. You will need a strong understanding of WordPress plugins, widgets, frameworks, and how they impact the overall customer experience.

You also need to have a strong understanding of latest industry trends, social media requirements and content management systems.

• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Must have graphic design experience with a strong understanding of aesthetics, element arrangements on the screen, color, and font choices
• Ability to imagine an effective, responsive design and turn the vision into a working solution
• Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers
• Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages
• Ability to convert Adobe PSD and/or XD file formats into working websites
• Experience building user interfaces for website customers
• Experience designing and implementing new website features and functionality
• Experience designing and developing mobile responsive websites
• Experience with Divi WordPress theme is highly desired.
• Experience establishing and guiding a website’s architecture
• Experience troubleshooting misbehaving and poorly designed websites
• Experience with front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3 & JavaScript
• Experience working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
• Experience with PHP and React desired but not required
