Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1.
Develop and implement engaging content strategies across various digital platforms, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
2.
Write persuasive and impactful copy for advertisements, social media posts, landing pages, and other digital assets, maintaining brand consistency and voice.
3.
Manage and optimize social media channels, with a focus on Facebook and TikTok, to drive engagement and enhance brand visibility.
4.
Design and execute effective paid media campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversions.
5.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
6.
Utilize various digital channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and online advertising, to help drive traffic and conversions.
7.
Collaborate with the content team to ensure content is SEO-friendly and aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
8.
Manage the company's social media accounts, curating content, and engaging with the community to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
9.
Develop and manage PPC campaigns on search engines and social media platforms to drive targeted traffic and leads.
10.
Create and manage email marketing copies to nurture leads, engage customers, and promote product updates and offers.
11.
Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and marketing campaign performance using various analytics tools.
12.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting key performance indicators and actionable insights.
13.
Work closely with the product development team to understand product features and improvements, incorporating them into marketing messaging.
14.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with lead generation and conversion goals.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Google Ads, Facebook Marketing, TikTok Marketing, Social Media Content Strategy, Content Planning, Copywriting, and Digital Marketing.
Exceptional copywriting skills with a keen understanding of brand voice, tone, and storytelling.
Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and best practices.
Analytical mindset and proficiency in using analytics tools to measure and interpret campaign performance.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for both content and campaigns.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Proven work experience as a Paid Media Marketer or similar roles in a WordPress based company.
Solid understanding of WordPress and its ecosystem, including themes, plugins, and website development.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, email marketing platforms, etc.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media management, and email marketing best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must have:

Must have a good internet connection with uninterrupted power (electricity supply)
Must own a laptop or a PC with decent specifications
Must have a good webcam and microphone to attend video conferencing calls with ease
Must be able to stay online from mobile devices during office hours (for emergencies)
