Job Title: WordPress Support Engineer
Salary: 20,000 – 40,000
Location: Remotly
Job Requirements:
- Write friendly, personal responses to our customer’s technical questions.
- Find issues with our products.
- Create and customize websites with the Divi Theme and our plugins as per the client’s requirements.
- Create Divi Layouts using our plugins.
- Troubleshoot and bug fixing on client’s websites
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
